Gary O'Neal - President

Gary O’Neal has the experience and knowledge to meet all project requirements.  He spent 33 years of service in the Army which included Special Forces, Army Rangers, First Aviation Brigade, and First Field Force.  He led missions in Special Reconnaissance, POW rescue, flight operations, and many other classified assignments.  He reached the status of Chief Warrant Officer when he retired in 1996.  At the time of retiring, Gary enrolled in the Aviation Career Academy located in Lakeland, Florida.  He obtained a Specialized Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology. 

Gary’s background in working in the fabrication and aviation fields both as military personnel as well as a civilian started in January 1977 – December 1980 where he was a maintenance officer and advisor to the Nicaraguan Army and Air Force maintenance programs.  From January 1994 – March 1997 Gary was involved with Raeford Aviation Inc. located in Raeford, North Carolina.  There he performed maintenance to include troubleshooting and the overhauling, removal, and replacement of parts on reciprocating and turbine aircraft engines.  Gary served from 2004 to 2007 as a master trainer in the world's largest unconventional warfare field exercise (Robin Sage), where his mechanical and fabrication skills were utilized for building unique, realistic training aids.

Ron Robertson – CFO

Mr. Ron Robertson has prior construction and fabrication experience working as a farmer and a small grading company.  Mr. Robertson has a MBA in marketing and prior experience in the finance and high technology industries, including regulatory compliance.  Mr. Robertson’s entrepreneurial experiences include management of early-stage, growth companies in their product development, distribution, administration, security, marketing & sales, finance, project management, etc.  He has proven multiple general management talents essential to managing entrepreneurial ventures and technical projects.  He has extensive hands-on experience at strategic analysis, marketing/sales, business plans, finance, computer/Internet applications, regulatory compliance and technology management.  Mr Robertson served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as medical supervisor and has a B.A. in Economics in addition to his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mel Hill - Federal Business Support

Mr. Mel Hill served in the U.S. Army for 22 years, in various assignments in Special Forces, cumulating as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Georgia National Guard.  After leaving the Army, Mr. Hill was employed by Martin Marietta Corporation, (now Lockheed Martin Corp.) for ten (10) years in multiple positions, ending as Manager, Technical Services, with the Data Systems Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for the procurement of goods and services in support of the Aerospace Division’s U.S. Government contracts.

Mr. Hill then gained employment with the U.S. General Services Administration, (GSA) as a Contracting Officers Technical Representative,(COTR) where he was responsible for the evaluation of Vendor’s proposals, and contract award and management.  After being promoted to Manager, Business Development, Mr. Hill was awarded the GSA Administrators highest award, The Meritorious Service Award, for his development of GSA Advantage, which became a GSA-wide model concept, to prequalify government contractors, and offer their services to all U.S. Government Agencies that GSA was chartered to support.  Mr. Hill holds a BS degree from Florida Southern in Management.

William Butler - Quality Control Inspector

Mr. Butler has welding for over 41 years, including 16 years in construction as a pipe and structural steel welder.  He served as Superintendent for Daniels Construction for 7 years.  He has also served as welding instructor and department chair at the Fayetteville Technical Community College for 25 years.  He has degrees in Occupational and Welding Technology.  He is an AWS Certified Inspector.

David Mozingo - Welder

Mr. Mozingo has over ten years experience in construction and fabrication.  He has been certified in structural plate, Fluxcore, X-ray pipe certifications, fabrication and heavy equipment repair.  He has diligent commitment maintaining technical skills and quality controls.  He has an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Welding Certification from Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Dennis Howard - Welder

Mr. Howard has over twelve years experience in construction and fabrication.  He is a certified tube welder, boiler maker and x-ray pipe welder.  He also has experience in mechanical rooms, blueprint reading and supervision.  He has degrees from Tulsa Welding School and Fayetteville Technical Community College.
